Welcome to RealtyMax (accessible at realtymax.in). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, real estate advisory services, and our mobile communication programs, including Rich Communication Services (RCS) and Short Message Service (SMS) notifications.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry form, or opting in to receive digital communications from RealtyMax, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

RealtyMax provides real estate consulting, property advisory, project information, and lead assistance for residential and commercial properties. Information shared via our website or messaging channels is for informational and advisory purposes only and does not constitute a formal property sale deed or financial underwriting.

2. RCS & SMS Messaging Program Terms

By submitting your phone number via our website forms, direct chat, or QR codes, you expressly consent to receive informational and promotional communications from RealtyMax via RCS Business Messaging (and fallback SMS/MMS where RCS is unsupported).

  • Program Description: Subscribers may receive property alerts, project brochures, site-visit confirmations, scheduling reminders, price list updates, and consultation follow-ups.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your property inquiries and engagement. You may receive periodic updates and transactional alerts related to your requested services.
  • Cost & Data Rates: RealtyMax does not charge a separate fee for receiving RCS/SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Carrier Liability: Delivery of RCS and SMS messages is subject to mobile network operator availability. Mobile carriers and telecom operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opt-Out, Unsubscribe, & Help (Mandatory Keywords)

We respect your communication preferences and provide simple methods to manage or discontinue messaging at any time:

  • To Opt Out (STOP): You can stop receiving promotional and transactional messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or by tapping the built-in “Unsubscribe” suggested reply chip in any RCS message card. Upon receiving your request, your number will be promptly added to our suppression list.
  • To Get Help (HELP): If you experience issues or need assistance, reply with the keyword HELP or click the “Help” / “Contact Us” action chip in your RCS window.
  • Direct Support: You can also contact our support team directly at contact@realtymax.in or call our customer desk to adjust your communication preferences.

4. Privacy and Non-Disclosure of Mobile Data

Your personal information and communication consent are protected under our Privacy Policy:

  • No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent collected for RCS/SMS communications will never be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third-party aggregators or unaffiliated entities for independent marketing purposes.
  • Data Processing: Mobile numbers are shared only with registered telecom aggregators, RCS platform partners, and carrier gateways strictly for the technical delivery of authorized messages.

5. Regulatory Compliance & TRAI / DND Guidelines

RealtyMax operates its commercial messaging in strict alignment with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) regulations, and Google RCS Business Messaging policies.

By providing express consent via our opt-in channels, you authorize RealtyMax to communicate with you regarding your requested real estate services, overriding generic National Do Not Call (NDNC / DND) registrations for this specific business relationship until you opt out.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on realtymax.in—including text, project images, floor plans, logos, brand assets, and interactive widgets—is the intellectual property of RealtyMax or its respective project developers. Unauthorized copying, scraping, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

RealtyMax strives to provide accurate project specifications, floor plans, and pricing information. However, developer schedules, statutory approvals, and unit availability are subject to change by respective builders. RealtyMax will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on website information or messaging service interruptions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changing carrier policies, legal compliance, or service enhancements. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
